We were the buyers for one of her listings. I highly recommend fact-checking everything in Kristen Clowry's listings. We were explicitly told multiple times that the property we purchased came with a "transferable lifetime warranty" on the metal roof, a major selling point for us. Unfortunately, we later discovered that this warranty didn’t exist, and we were forced to pay thousands of dollars to fix the roof, along with major structural damage that had not been disclosed. When we reached out to Kristen through our realtor to try to resolve the issue, Kristen was evasive, unresponsive, and took no responsibility for the misinformation. It was a frustrating experience that ended up costing us both time and money. This lack of transparency and accountability has made what should have been an exciting home purchase feel like a nightmare. I’d strongly advise any potential buyers to thoroughly verify the details of any property listings when working with her.
